Presenter’s Information

General Guidelines

All the program in this meeting will be streamed on-demand. All presenters are required to submit their presentation data in advance and they will be shown on the on-demand streaming website. There is no LIVE session including Q&A. Therefore, you are not required to be present at any specified date and time.
For Q&A, each presentation has Q&A box where attendees and presenters can post questions and answers in text format on the on-demand streaming site.

Data Registration Period: From noon Thursday, April 28 2022 to noon Friday May 27 2022

  • Presenters are required to upload their presentation data online.
  • ID and password for uploading the data will be sent to your registered email address by Thursday, April 28 2022.
  • During the data registration period, the data can be edited at any time.
    *Access to the site may be concentrated before the deadline. Please register in advance.
  • Please check materials including instructions below and upload your presentation data from “Presentation Data Upload” button.

Opening Remarks

For your introduction, all presenters are encouraged to participate in the Opening Remarks LIVE.
Please kindly prepare a short self-introduction for about 30 seconds.

Opening Remarks will start at 2:00 pm Friday, June 3 (Japan Standard Time)
It will take about 30 minutes.

Your self-introduction could include the following items.
e.g.: Name, Affiliation, Country, Abstract Title, Abstract information

Oral Presentation (Data with recorded narration)

Oral presenters are required to create and upload presentation data with narration within 10 minutes.
Presentation data with your narration will be converted into a video file that will be published as a presentation video. Data Registration in a Microsoft PowerPoint format (.pptx) is recommended.

*Please be sure to save your data in .pptx. If the file is saved in .ppt, a recorded narration may be disappeared.

If you upload a pptx file with narration and slide timing using the "Record Slide Show" of PowerPoint, it will be automatically converted to a video file. Please refer to the following "Presentation Data Creation Instruction".
You can also upload in mp4 format created with a video conference tool like Zoom. Mp4 file format is supported up to full HD (1080p) and 2GB.
* If your Office version is old, a file in pptx. format will be shown in higher image quality than that in mp4 format.

Precautions when creating Microsoft PowerPoint

Create your slide in wide size: 16:9 or standard size: 4:3, in other sizes, your presentation data may be shown small.
Please make sure to check viruses.
There is no rule for naming your file. (A file name will be automatically converted once your data is uploaded and registered in the system.)
Please be sure to use OS standard font when creating your presentation data in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Disclosure of COI

All presenters are required to submit the following COI disclosure form: Form A even if there is no COI to disclose.

Poster Presentation: Data without recorded narration

We recommend registering your data in Microsoft PowerPoint format: .pptx. You can register your data in PDF format, but in this case, font smoothing sometimes does not work properly and characters may be shown roughly.
Recommended version: PowerPoint 2019/365 for Windows
Your data could be registered with older versions and Mac versions, but you might find some problems like misalignment in layout or garbled characters. In that case, the technical support desk will help you, so please contact (acomfr2022support@ib1.jp).
Please refer to the "Poster presentation data creation instruction" below for how to create your poster presentation data and use “Poster Presentation Template” as necessary.

Precautions when creating Microsoft PowerPoint

You cannot use any videos, audios and animations. If those are included in the registered data, it will be invalidated.
Please make sure to check viruses.
There is no rule for naming your file. (A file name will be automatically converted once your data is uploaded and registered in the system.)
Please be sure to use OS standard font when creating your presentation data in Microsoft PowerPoint.
If you use any special font, it will be replaced with a standard font. Then, you might find some problems like misalignment in layout or garbled characters. I
