    A. The submission process did not finish properly: Please submit again
    B. The e-mail address input was incorrect: Submission has successfully concluded. To avoid duplicated submission, do not submit more than twice.
Please confirm from the Confirmation & Correction page whether your abstract has been properly submitted or not.
  • During abstract submission period, abstracts may be corrected as many times as necessary.

Submission Procedures

Click Registration button when submitting your abstract for the first time.
Use of ciphertext and plaintext are available, however, we recommend ciphertext use for the following reasons.
Please note that even if you click plaintext, UMIN display suggesting the use of ciphertext will appear.

*Request for Use of Ciphertext

Use of ciphertext prevents third person wiretapping the registrant's passwords.
Therefore the secretariat office advises you to submit your abstract using ciphertext.
However, there may be cases where ciphertext cannot be used (e.g. There are conflicts in internet services provider setting, or browser version may be old). In such cases, please use plaintext.
In plaintext, password may be wiretapped, therefore, plaintext carries risk in security and personal information protection. Do not use passwords used for hospital information systems and e-mails. Use of plaintext requires consideration of such risks.

Password

Please set a password before ending abstract submission. It is recommended that the password be 6 to 8 characters long.
After submission, registration number (number in the 10000s) will be automatically generated. With the registration number being generated, the abstract submission process is concluded. You will receive a confirmation mail from the system. If you do not see your registration number in the web page, please be aware that the abstract has not been accepted yet.

Please note that the secretariat office will not answer any questions related to the registration numbers and passwords for security purposes.

For adding correction to registered abstracts, use the "Confirmation and Correction" button.
Before the due date, confirmation and correction can be made repeatedly by inputting the registration number and password.
