  Online Abstract Submission
  1. Registration
Depending on the computer environment, there may be cases where the registrant is unable to register from the meeting web page.
(e.g. Firewall set to prevent intrusion) Test registration may be made from the practice page. Please confirm your internet environment in advance.

It is mandatory that the registrant has an e-mail address that can be made through to him/her.
Abstract acceptance receipt will not be issued. An e-mail will be generated automatically to inform the registrant that the abstract is registered. Please be extra careful not to mistype your e-mail address.
Compatible browsers are Internet Explorer 4.0 or above, Netscape 4.0 or above, and Safari version 2.0.3 (417.9.2) or above.

  2. Before Submission
Registered data will be published on the abstract book. There will be no proofreading by the secretariat office. Please be extra careful not to mistype your abstracts.
Change in abstract, including co-author information, will not be accepted after deadline.
  Ciphertext and Plaintext
Use of ciphertext prevents third person wiretapping the registrant’s passwords.
Therefore the secretariat office advises you to submit your abstract using ciphertext.
However, there may be cases where ciphertext cannot be used (e.g. conflicts in internet services provider setting, or browser version may be old). In such cases, please use plaintext.
In plaintext, password may be wiretapped, therefore, plaintext carries risk in security and personal information protection. Do not use passwords used for hospital information systems and e-mails. Use of plaintext requires consideration of such risks.

  Password
Please set a password before ending abstract submission. It is recommended that the password be 6 to 8 characters long.
Please note that the secretariat office will not answer any questions related to the registration numbers and passwords for security purposes.

For adding correction to registered abstracts, use the "Confirmation and Correction" button.
Before the due date, confirmation and correction can be made repeatedly by inputting registration number and password.
