Oral Presentation
- Only computer presentation is available.
 
- Speakers are requested to bring USB flash memory drive containing
presentation materials.
 
- The meeting secretariat will provide computers with Windows XP and
Microsoft Power Point 2003 and the Macintosh with OSX and Power Point 2004.
The data format in the USB memory are required to be compatible with these
PCs.
   
- Use standard fonts (Arial, Century, Times New Roman) to ensure the format
remains the same.
 
- Speakers are requested to scan their presentation data with the newest
virus scan software prior to saving their data.
   
- The file name should indicate the presenter's name.
 
- All speakers are requested to visit the Speakers' Desk in the Welcome
Reception room (OHMI 5)
17:00 - 20:00, 21:00 - 22:30, May 17 (Sat.). to submit the presentation data.
In case you can not come to the Speakers' Desk during the above period,
please bring the data to the PC operation desk in the presentation room
(OHMI 1)
at least 1 hour before the start of your session.
   
- The time schedule is tight. Please keep the allotted time.
Invited Lectures: 10 min presentation and 5 min discussion,
Combined discussion for each session : 10 min X (number of talks)

Emphasis of this meeting is discussion. So each speaker has 10 min
presentation and 5 min discussion after each talk and 30 to 40 min
combined discussion for each session. Audience may ask speakers to show
some of the slides again when they ask questions. So please prepare for
it. Controversies are welcome. We want to spend more time in discussion
because most of the hot topics will be already presented in the IID meeting.

Plenary lectures: 30 min presentation and 10 min discussion
 
- The meeting secretariat will be responsible for destroying all
presentation data at the end of the meeting.

Poster Presentation
- Location: OHMI 3, Convention Hall OHMI (2F)
 
- The size of the poster board is 90 cm wide and 180 cm high. Please leave blank the extreme upper left for the abstract number (20 cm X 20 cm). The secretariat will prepare the abstract number cards.
   
- All posters should be prepared in English, easily readable from 1.5 m away.
   
- Poster Setup: May 18, Sunday, 7:30-12:00 a.m.
Poster Removal: May 19, Monday, 11:00 -13:30 p.m.
Pins will be provided at the poster presentation area.
   
- As the secretariat assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of the posters left, presenter should remove the materials by the end of removal time.
   
Autoimmune Bullous Disease
- Poster Discussion with Lunch Boxes will be set during 12:30-14:00 of May 18. The author should stand by the poster during this time.
