Stroke is the main cause of disability worldwide and the second highest cause of death in the world. The several benefits from the modern technologies have been demonstrated in the medical treatment both surgical techniques and medical treatments. Unfortunately, the outcome of treatment still unsatisfied for the overall improvement and led the less opportunity for returning to their work. However, the additional options are establishing to challenge of the treatment outcome such as stem cell therapy that enrolled in the recent era. It is working out how to stimulate endogenous process and tacking the problems of drug delivery. The main types of stem cells being considered are bone marrow, neural brain or mesenchymal stem cells in bone marrow. The clinical application are very hopeful that a stem cell therapy for stroke will be someday become a reality. Further more, the another researches is going on for the stroke management especially the dynamic flow study by using the computer software “CFD” that predicts the chance of cerebral aneurysm formation or rupture in the future. It can also apply and estimate the atherosclerotic change of the vessel by wall shear stress that can’t see on the conventional radiology image. The decision making of treatment will be easy after obtaining this adjunct information.

The Robot caregiver is recently developing for helping the stroke patient. The program was designed to meet work-force shortages and help prevent injuries by promoting nursing-care robots that assist with lifting and moving patients. Not only encouragement of physical movement but they can also assist the elderly with social and cognitive skills. This innovation has the meaningful for stroke care around the world in near future.

Regarding to this conference, we provide many hand-on courses for stroke -associated procedures and the several lectures that cover from the basic to advance knowledge. The participants can learn directly about the philosophy from the experts who be specializing on their field. The more than 50 young neurosurgeons will be invited for the grants during participating the meeting.
